Changing the Registrar and the Registrant

Overview

The operation allows a domain to be transferred from one entity to another and, simultaneously, allows the new Registrant to change service provider.
The assignee of the domain notifies the new Registrant of the new code that univocally identifies the domain name (authinfo), which was received at the time of registration. The new Registrant, in turn, notifies the authinfo to the new Registrar. After that, the new Registrar assigns the new updated authinfo code to the Registrant.
