The Registry is involved in a communication campaign - through TV, radio, print and the web - aimed at the general public to promote the culture of the Internet and the spread of domain names. The goal is not only to raise awareness of the characteristics and advantages of.it domains, but also promotion in schools and amongst young people, who are already avid users of the Internet and represent the future protagonists of Italy's social and economic scenario. Small and medium enterprises are also targeted in this campaign - they constitute the backbone of the Italian economic system and an efficient use of the Internet can only create benefits.
