What happens if the contract is transferred?

The Registrar has the power to transfer the contract to another Registrar by giving notice to the Registry with a minimum of one month from the time when the transferor and the transferee intend to give effect to the assignment.
If the transferee is not an accredited registrar, they first pass the accreditation test, which assesses their technical competence, and  t therefore pay the fee to access the test.
