How are contracts transferred?
A Maintainer can transfer a contract to a different Maintainer by notifying the Registry at least one month in advance.
The new Maintainer must:
- inform all the assignees of the change;
- send within the same deadlines two copies of the acceptance of the vexatious clauses in the contract
The transfer is subject to acceptance by the IIT-Registry.
