It is never too late
This number entitled “It is never too late”, addresses themes concerning the diffusion of information technologies within the Italian school. The number of computers in the classroom continues to grow, as well as the availability of broadband Internet connections in the institutes. However, the lack of investments and an outdated educational system will hardly enable Italian students to start climbing again and move up the European ranking that sees us as the Cinderella of the old Continent in terms of the number of people using the web and its services.
