Did you know that the Internet we know every day is only a small part of a larger space?

What we surf every day is the so-called “surface web”, a space made of sites and search engines that do not require passwords or the exchange of sensitive data. “Below” is the “deep web”, the set of non-indexed pages that we cannot access without credentials or a direct link, such as a mailbox or online banking account. The most hidden part of the Internet is the “dark web”, i.e., a space that can only be accessed through specific programmes and that guarantees total anonymity through encryption-based technology.
