Cyber Security Day 2019 – An event within the Internet Festival organised by IIT-CNR

An event entirely dedicated to cybersecurity with the participation of sector-specific experts, researchers and stakeholders from the business community.

During the day, the participants will discover the new research and innovation activities carried out by the Cybersecurity Lab of Pisa National Research Council of Italy (CNR) in partnership with industries, the Public Administration sector and the public security forces; these activities mainly focus on exploring the aspects of cybersecurity that we face in our everyday life: from car safety to fake news.

During the event, an Observatory on Cybersecurity will be also presented, namely a web portal - created by the IIT-CNR - that will help businesses and citizens collect useful information to raise awareness on cybersecurity issues and to effectively improve protection against its threats. The educational nature of the event makes it accessible and open to a wide public.
