On February 5th, in Milan, the Registro .it Ludoteca will take part in the Safer Internet Day with a workshop entitled ‘Network tools and computer security’. On this occasion, a global day dedicated to online security, the Registry experts, Giorgia Bassi and Beatrice Lami, will present the Ludoteca project and the latest laboratories dedicated to cyber security.
Safer Internet Day (SID) is an international event that takes place every year, organized with the support of the European Commission Its aim is to promote a safer and more responsible use of the Web and new technologies, particularly among children and young people worldwide. For all operators in the sector, institutions and civil society organizations, Safer Internet Day has increasingly become a landmark event over the years. For the 2019 edition, the slogan ‘Together for a better Internet’ was chosen, aimed at young people to reflect with them not only on the conscious use of the Web, but on the active and responsible role of everyone to make the Internet a positive and safe place. In Italy, Internet Safer Day is organized within the Generazioni Connesse project, coordinated by the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR).
The event will take place at 11:25 am at the MiCo Congress Center - via Gattamelata, 5 - Milan - Gate 14.
