
From 9 to 12 October 2025, the city of Pisa will host the 15th edition of the Internet Festival, which this year focuses on the theme of #identity. Not just digital identity, but a broader and more complex concept: how we perceive ourselves, how we wish to be seen, and how we evolve in the constant interplay between the real and virtual worlds, between the need for privacy and the desire for visibility, between authenticity and self-image construction.
“Influencers & Identity: digital stories celebrating Made in Italy” is one of the events organized by Registro .it as part of the Festival’s official program. The event will take place on 10 October at 4:00 PM, at the ex Convento delle Benedettine in Pisa. It will be moderated by Giampaolo Colletti (journalist, Director of StartupItalia, and correspondent for the Raiuno TV program XXI Secolo).
What does it really mean to be Italian today? This question - and its many possible answers - lies at the heart of the event. The “.it Factor” is a concept that embodies the art, history, fashion, tradition, and culture of our country. It is a distinctive trait, a unique form of identity, a kind of calling card that the world instantly associates with Italy. It’s a blend of passion, originality, culture, recognizability, and style, the very essence of what Made in Italy stands for. Through the voices and stories of three digital creators (Alessia Fraioli, @cometicriticolarte - Art expert and social media educator, Sara Piovano, @sarapiovano_ - Sommelier and seeker of beauty and quality, Barbara De Poli, @mynatane - Entrepreneur and Made in Italy storyteller), the event explores how Italian identity is expressed today in many forms: from tourism to food, from craftsmanship to fashion, from art to entrepreneurship. Always with that unmistakable ability to blend beauty, creativity, and authenticity.
The three creators will share their projects, their approach to digital communication, and their relationship with their communities, showing how content can be used to highlight local excellence, cultural heritage, and modern interpretations of Made in Italy. A dynamic and inspiring event, aimed at those who want to understand how to turn Italian identity into a strength, to tell their story, stand out, and grow, both in the world and online.
